Hello!

I have a unique background with focus in Creative Direction, Leadership, Digital Illustration, Space & Defense. To explain what that has looked like in the last few years I can describe some of the roles I have filled. I most recently left a loved position with Deloitte Digital - Washington Studio to begin a life closer to family in Sydney, Australia (through the Global Talent Visa Program). During my tenure, I was a Creative Director for Space Industry and Federal Clients in the US. I am also a major in the USAF Reserves assigned to a new Space Force Delta with almost 20 years time in service.

My small business, Danger Moose focuses on Space Industry start-ups and installation artwork. Most recently, I have been working on installations for the Department of Veterans Affairs, UMass Memorial Hospital, and Boston Children's Hospital. It was a highlight of 2021 to collaborate with Betty Bothereau of L'Attitude Art to design custom murals that would wrap the pediatric wing of UMass Memorial Hospital and to create augmented reality murals for patient rooms bringing wonder and interactive art to sick children.

This year, I was the Design and Branding Chair for the 2022 Women's Air & Space Power Symposium and was awarded the Brig General Wilma Vaught Award for Visionary Leadership for our NAF Equivalent. During my active military service during the pandemic, I was the Chief of the Joint Collaboration Cell, promoting collaboration tradecraft in federal spaces before moving on to be the IMA to the Director of Operations. I led our organization through the initial stages of planning, and support for pandemic operations for our 24/7 crews. This type of leadership experience has made me a better creative director as I believe it is so important to be able to lead and mentor a team outside of just the context of a design project.

I am looking to focus this next chapter in my career to again use my leadership, technical, and design skills to lift human experiences in the Sydney area. I am excited to see what that will look like and to put down roots in this stunning city.
